Challenge:  The site’s entitlements contained conditional elements that were not fully resolved pertaining to easements for access.

Value Add: Evanisko negotiated delegation of responsibility on 30 tract map conditions between buyer and seller to move a tentative map towards final as a condition to contingency removal. After the close of escrow, Evanisko assisted the Buyer with arguments to evade the Linkage Fee when the City attempted to charge the Linkage Fee at the time of final project permitting.
