Challenge:  The site was in one of the most difficult to interpret Specific Plan Areas – Vermont Western Station Neighborhood Plan (SNAP) and came with tenants who were not cooperative.

Value Add: Evanisko provided a full land-use assessment considering the implications of the specific Plan and all development limitations surrounding the proposed project. Evanisko resolved a Housing Department (HCIDLA) abatement case prior to closing.  Evanisko also managed tenant communications and negotiations prior to closing.
