Challenge: Evanisko was retained to sell the partially constructed project during the pinnacle of the market downturn.

Value Add: Evanisko structured a Joint Venture (JV) partnership during the downturn to facilitate the progression of the project by bringing in a builder partner who would guarantee a new construction loan. This afforded significant protection to the landowner’s equity. Units were being completed and sold as the market rebounded. Everyone won.
