Few brokers tout how long it takes them to transact real estate especially when the time measured is years not months.  However, with over 20 years under our belt transacting real estate development in Los Angeles, we’ve clearly accepted this arduous road less traveled.  We accept and embrace the reality that successful transactions involving redevelopment mechanisms require tireless attention to detail, a willingness to constantly learn, and an ability to wear multiple hats (expeditor, consultant, broker, lobbyist, contract negotiator, and of course therapist).

It is an acceptance of the road less traveled which has garnered our firm a unique niche within the market as a consultative deal maker (consulting and deal-making are by their core nature the antitheses of one another but not under our watch).  With diverse skillsets, we’ve advised our clients with a level of transactional predictability and clarity not offered by less specialized brokers reliant on transactional volume and the typical blind casting of the urban redevelopment site into the unforgiving market fray without marketing which serves to enable onlookers to efficiently unpack the critical applicable nuances to a site’s redevelopment execution.
