Evanisko Realty Closes on 15526 Plummer Street

On 6/1/23 we successfully closed a 24-month structured sale transaction for a site requiring a Conditional Use Permit from the City of Los Angeles for educational use.  Our Seller now becomes an exchange Buyer at a highly advantageous time to be one.

Our consistent role in entitlement processing and strategic zoning analysis as part of our unique brand of urban land brokerage has led naturally to a more formalized diversification of our brokerage business into a brokerage and entitlement consulting business. 

We currently manage several projects under active entitlement for various forms of residential development and will continue accumulating entitlement business under arrangements not common to the industry including performance- based processing (upon award) fees and other creative structures based on specific client goals.  Our aim is to align interest with our clientele under these fee structures and we are uniquely positioned to do this having both transactional and entitlement skillsets under one roof.
