Percy began his career in commercial real estate three years ago with the Playa Vista Realty Company in Playa Del Rey, California. During his tenure with Playa Vista he successfully completed over $6 million worth of transactions.

Prior to his career in real estate, Percy served for 25 years as the CEO of Majestic Fasteners, a highly successful fastener and hardware distributor and manufacturer, and for 15 years with the Garrett Corporation as one of the company's top aeronautical engineering salesman.

Percy was a long time member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, serving as President of the City of Hope Chapter and is still currently active as a counselor for SCORE, a mentorship program ran by the SBA.

Percy attended the University of Illinois studying Mechanical Engineering. A native of Chicago, Illinois, he has been a Los Angeles area resident since 1950. His major hobbies are photography and political button collecting.
