FRAN EVANISKO

Fran holds a bachelor’s degree (1974) and a master’s degree
(1987) in geography from the University of California at Santa
Barbara. His research there focused on remote sensing
and geographic analysis. Since 1979, Fran has worked for the US Forest
Service, and with the Bureau of Land Management as a geographer and as a
cartographer. Fran
served on the American River College, Geographic Information System (GIS)
steering committee where he helped design and established an acclaimed GIS
certificate and associates degree program. Fran was an instructor in
that program, from its inception in 1998 until 2007, where he taught courses
in introductory and intermediate GIS, spatial analysis, cartography, geographic
database design, and GIS programming. Fran has a thorough understanding
of geographic information development, analysis and presentation.
Fran will play an integral roll in synthesizing and presenting multifamily
development market data to builders and their lenders for the Los
Angeles County market. Having
accurate, relevant, and logically presented market data will facilitate project
stakeholders’ ability to make timely and effective decisions.
